Plans · choose your route

Pick your summit. I'll plan the climb.

Tell me where you are with AWS and where you want to go. You'll see the route, the milestones and the time it takes. The quote comes after the Diagnostic, written for your route.

Climbing rules

How engagements work.

Base camp firstThe Diagnostic has a fixed scope and takes about two weeks. Its fee counts toward the Foundation if you start within 30 days.
90 days minimum for campaignsThe Diagnostic is the smallest engagement you can buy. The Plan sprint is the next one up. Campaign work starts with the 90-day Foundation, Plan and Launch together.
Then a retainerA monthly retainer, renewed each quarter after a review. Either of us can end it with 30 days' notice. Everything I built is yours.
Extras at any campEvents, case studies, French adaptation, Marketplace listings and more, quoted per item when you need them.

Billed at cost, never marked up, approved in writing before any spend: ad spend, venues, catering, travel, SWAG, production crews, certified translation and tools in your name. Taxes extra. AWS funding can cover part of some campaigns where the program rules allow; I prepare the request and the proof. Reaching a tier also depends on your certifications and launched deals.

Before you climb
Why no prices?

Two partners at the same tier rarely need the same climb. After the Diagnostic you get one quote for your route, with the milestones written in.

Doesn't AWS already help with this?

Yes, and it's a good place to start. AWS Partner Marketing gives you the programs: ready-made campaigns, funding once you qualify, training and guidance. I complement it. I turn those programs into campaigns and pipeline inside your business.

Can AWS funding pay for this?

Often part of the campaigns, rarely the strategy. AWS funds approved marketing activities, mostly from Advanced tier up. Funding rules change often and the current version lives in Partner Central, so I check them there, plan each activity so it can be funded, then prepare the request and the proof.
